Dr. Ahmad Farhad Fidai has served as an interpreter in a wide range of high-level meetings, conferences, and workshops attended by Presidents, Prime Ministers, Ministers, Members of Congress, and other senior officials, as well as civil society representatives. He has also worked as an ICC cricket commentator.
A graduate of Medical University, Dr. Fidai holds certifications as both a Medical and Behavioral Health Interpreter. He has received numerous certificates and letters of appreciation in recognition of his outstanding performance. In 2022, he was honored by the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for managing over 17,000 hours of interpretation services through a team of expert interpreters—playing a critical role in supporting the full treatment of evacuees at the facility.
Dr. Fidai is also an entrepreneur, continuously exploring and investing in new business opportunities. Throughout his career, his mission has remained focused on serving the community. He notably trained Afghanistan’s first cohort of expert simultaneous interpreters, many of whom now work across Australia, Europe, Africa, the United States, and Asia.
